Second course: The Three Sisters, shredded chicken, sauteed shrimp and carne asada in a soft or crisp tortilla shell, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, grated cheddar cheese, chipotle cream and salsa picante or Tierra Y Mar, seared 4 oz filet of beef and 4 oz fillet of salmon over a bed of sauteed onions, nopales and tomatoes drizzled with avocado cream, served with Spanish rice and fresh vegetables.
